Well if this sounds like you, you are exactly what our client is looking for. Dealing with SME’s you will be managing a portfolio of existing customers with the view of growing their vehicle fleet and increasing the profitability across your account base.
You will be doing this in various ways such as securing vehicle renewals and uncovering opportunities for growth where a vehicle might be with a competitor.
As the Account manager would be responsible for providing a proactive management of the accounts through regular contact and account reviews. Truly understanding the customers’ needs and the ability to offer tailored products and services over the telephone.
