Our client is a highly successful training and apprenticeships provider that work with clients across the UK. Due to recent success and securing over 10 million in funding they are looking looking to appoint an experienced Enrolment Officer to join their growing team.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
- To provide a wide range of administrative support for our clients Complete Training Pre Employment team
- To interface with the learner tracking function
- To ensure correct completion of learner records
- Storage and security of data
- Attend courses to complete initial paperwork with learners
- Liaise with external partners and awarding bodies relating to registration and certification of learners
- CPD and attendance at related Network events.
- Complete administrative tasks in accordance with set timescales and deadlines.
Day to day expectations:
Ø Travelling nationwide to different venues, which may include the need for multiple hotel stayovers during a single week.
Ø Ensure that the Company policy for equality of opportunity is adhered to and promoted in all aspects of the post holder’s work
Ø Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work and responsibilities attached to this post, in keeping with the Company’s quality assurance procedures and systems
Ø Undertake responsibilities for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
Ø To comply with and promote Company Health and Safety policies and procedures and to undertake recommended Health and Safety training as and when necessary
Ø Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in in-service training as necessary for the successful carrying out of the job
Ø Undertake such other duties as are commensurate with the grade of the post, as may be reasonably required at the initial place of work or at other locations in the Company
Person Specification
- Knowledge of student record requirements - Desirable
- Driving licence and use of a car - Essential
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, identify priorities and organise own workload
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good written, oral and numeracy skills
- Orderly and systematic approach to work to achieve high levels of accuracy
- Ability to develop and maintain filing and information systems
- Ability to act diplomatically and with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Professional approach at all times, to be accountable and responsible for work ethics.
