ours: Monday - Friday between 10am - 7pm plus one Saturday a month 10am - 2pm

Salary: £17,000 per year (expected on-target earnings £25,000 per year)

Our client is looking for confident and customer focused individuals to join their thriving organisation. Working in a busy sales team, you'll be speaking with customers about their services, comparing tariffs and benefits, and helping customers to save money on their energy bills. Full training is provided so you don't need to have worked in a telephone based role before, what we're looking for is an outgoing personality, positive attitude and great communication skills.

You'll be generously rewarded with a base salary of £17,000 plus monthly bonuses, to bring your on-target annual salary to £25,000 per year. However this is uncapped, so your potential earnings are unlimited!

What qualities are we looking for?

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and earn bonuses
• Driven with a good bit of friendly competition - you'll want to be the best in your team!
• Great people skills - able to gain customers' interest and sell the benefits of your services
• A natural talker - you'll be speaking to new people all day, every day
• Experienced in outbound / call centre / telesales
• Experience working in the utilities sector would be great, but not essential as full training is provided
