About the roleWe’re looking for outgoing, customer-focussed individuals to join our client, a leading contact centre in the heart of Sheffield.In this role you’ll be representing one of the leading entertainment brands in the UK (and globally) – delivering fresh and exciting deals to customers on a daily basis.Contacting existing and new customers across a variety of campaigns, you’ll be discussing the services and benefits of various packages for TV, broadband and phone. You’ll be providing exceptional customer service, whilst conducting account reviews and offering new deals and additional services.Using your natural people skills (combined with your excellent training) you’ll build rapport in order to establish a meaningful conversation with each customer. You will then use effective questioning skills to find out exactly what the customer requires to ensure you are offering the best package to them and to suit their needs.Salary & BonusThis role has a basic salary of £18,532 per annum with an additional uplift scheme which could raise your annual salary to £20,000.They also offer an uncapped commission scheme for achieving your targets.- Average earners - £200 - £300 per month
- Top earners are being rewarded with an average of 500 - £600 per month
- Salary progression is available up to £22,000 per year with length of service!

- Sales experience is not essential, but preferred
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day.
