Call Centre Advisors – Office Hours - No Weekends!

Our client is a leading Contact Centre business in the heart of Sheffield. Established for over 10 years, they are a friendly and supportive company to work for and offer excellent bonuses and career development opportunities.

Due to continued success into 2023, we’re looking to speak to Sales, Retentions and Upgrades Advisors who are interested in joining their Customer Sales Team.

Salary: £19,760 to £22,000 plus monthly uncapped commissions (on target earnings £25,000 to £40,000) per year

There is potential to earn £1000+ per month in bonuses alone, with top performers earning upwards of £2000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm. No weekends!

We’re looking for people who have:

• Great spoken and written communication
• Motivation and determination to achieve weekly targets
• A friendly and polite telephone manner
• The ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of backgrounds
• Previous customer service experience - whether gained in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or any other industry
• A positive attitude
