Inbound Customer Service Advisors – Contact Centre

Salary: £22,000 per year, plus annual £500 loyalty bonus

Location: Sheffield City Centre (very close to public transport links)

Working hours: 37.5hrs per week. Shifts between 8am – 8pm on a rota

About the role

The Customer Service Team are responsible for providing an excellent service to all customers via incoming calls, dealing efficiently with queries and complaints to the highest standards. You’ll use your customer service skills to take ownership of every customer issue, and take action to ensure right first-time resolution.

Your role will include investigating and resolving customer enquiries and complaints, therefore excellent empathy, communication and customer focus are essential.

  • The flexibility to work a regular shift pattern from 8am to 8pm with the potential of opting for an early or late shift Monday to Sunday. The centre is open 6am to 11pm 7 days a week.
  • A thorough approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • At least 6 months experience working within a Customer Service environment.
  • An ability to understand other people's perspectives.
  • An ability to remain calm in challenging situations and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • Great IT skills and an ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
