Call Centre Advisors – Monday to Friday

Salary: £20,592 per year, plus monthly bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Sheffield, near the city centre

Our client is a leading Contact Centre business in the heart of Sheffield. Established for over 10 years, they are a friendly and supportive company to work for and offer excellent bonuses and career development opportunities.

Due to continued success into 2023, we’re looking to add to their successful B2B Sales team on an exciting new department.

As a B2B Lead Generation Advisor you will be calling small shops and retailers (corner shops & independent stores) across the UK to discuss the possibility of becoming a delivery and drop off location for one of the leading UK parcel delivery and collection services.

You’ll make outbound calls to the retailer to speak with the owner/key decision maker within the business to establish suitability for the partnership by asking suitable questions.

The shop earns money for partnering with the delivery service, and it doesn’t cost them anything to become a partner location so it’s a great opportunity for them!

We’re looking for people who have:

• Great spoken and written communication
• Motivation and determination to achieve weekly targets
• A friendly and polite telephone manner
• The ability to build rapport with customers from a variety of backgrounds
• Previous customer service experience - whether gained in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or any other industry
• A positive attitude
