Complaints & Compliance Officer
£30,000 - £35,000
- ideally compliance background
- ideally dealt with or exposure to high-level customer complaints, dealing with challenging situations
- knowledge and understanding of GPDR, including PECR / direct marketing if possible
- ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders (jenny’s team)
- methodical, attention to detail
- exposure to data use would be a bonus but not essential
Key things are tenacity, resilience, attention to detail and ability to communicate and influence at all levels (basically hold your own with people so you can own the whole complaint.
