Hours: Part time (flexible) initially, moving to full time 

We are seeking a part time HR Business Partner for our client in Sheffield, a growing and reputable business. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced CIPD qualified HR professional who loves to be hands on and thrives in a busy and constantly developing business. This permanent role is initially offered on a part time basis, with potential for the role to move to full time in 12-24 months.

Previous experience in a similar HR role is essential as you will need to be able to hit the ground running, taking the lead HR function within the contact centre. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and an ability to take the lead on projects and initiatives.

• Providing advice in relation to absence management, conduct and capability, grievance matters and employee relations matters.
• Monitor and analyse absence and sickness, taking action and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Support managers with the effective and efficient performance of their employees, through the appraisal system and make necessary recommendations.
• Support the HR Director and HR Manager to improve organisational performance by driving core business objectives.
• Supporting line managers with their recruitment process.
• Working closely with all suppliers to promote employer branding.
