Location: Sheffield S9
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Working hours: 8:00am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Part time considered for the right candidate.
Our client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their expanding team in their Sheffield office. They are looking for a self-motivated, confident individual who can work well as part of a team and also independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.
- Processing orders.
- Arranging transportation, UK and international.
- Dealing with incoming sales enquires
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues.
- Raising sales invoices.
- Small aspects of credit control (chasing outstanding debtors).
- Filing and archiving
- Communication with various departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills.
- IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors and spreadsheets.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
- Customer service skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
- Customer service.
- Knowledge of Xero desirable but not essential.
- GCSEs in Maths & English or equivalent.
- On site parking.
- Monday – Friday no weekend working.
- Closed over Christmas.
