Hours: Full time, office hours Monday to Friday
Basis: Permanent
Start date: Flexible - immediate for the right candidate but will accommodate notice periods
Selecto Recruitment Solutions are delighted to be working with a leading provider in the education sector. Due to recent expansion they are looking to add to their team of administrators and so we are looking to speak with candidates who have worked within admin in the education / training / adult learning sector.
The role requires excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, and you must be an enthusiastic and committed team player. Due to the fast paced nature of the role we are seeking candidates who can evidence experience working in a quality or admin role dealing with training course or apprenticeships paperwork, ESF contracts etc.
You will be working within a busy office environment and the role offers lots of variety.
The team are extremely motivated and there is a real buzz of success in the office, with new members of the team receiving a warm welcome.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a wide range of administrative support across the business
- To ensure correct completion of learner records
- Effective storage and security of data
- Provide support for Tutors and Learners
- Liaise with external partners and awarding bodies relating to registration and certification of learners
- Ensure that the Company policy for equality of opportunity is adhered to
- Ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work
- Undertake responsibilities for safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults
- To comply with and promote Company Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Be committed to professional self-development, through participation in in-service training
Required Skills:
- Training industry experience is essential
- An excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing work priorities
- The ability to forge good working relationships with people at all levels
- A professional conversational manner
- Good computer skills/understanding
