Operations Administrative Assistant

Location: Farnborough

Starting Pay: £21,000

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Tues-Sat 09:00-17:30 or Weds-Sun 09:00-17:30

Selecto Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised and enthusiastic problem-solver that works well in a team to join a varied role in an exciting, innovative and forward-thinking team which prides itself on providing outstanding levels of service in a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and work towards a goal.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate within a team environment at all levels of the business both internally and externally
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Starter/finisher
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to assess situations to identify causes, and gather and process relevant information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the Google suite.
  • Accustomed to working in a service-level environment that involves multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks.
  • A flexible approach to working hours

Responsibilities of the role are:

  • Refunds - swift return of funds upon request or part of cancellation.
  • Reconciliations - ensuring customer accounts are in order.
  • Investigating and resolving member transaction disputes through chargebacks and internal/external communications.
  • Escalations - Investigating customer queries and responding within set SLA.
  • Process and Procedures - to support new product innovations
  • Administrative tasks such as statement reconciliation.
