The role:
As an integral part of the sales team, it’ll be your role to source and build relationships, nurture prospective clients and ensure that this market leader is top of the agenda for staff benefits and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible for generating sales opportunities for the business from cold data and warm leads
  • Performing live demonstrations of our products for prospective buyers
  • Researching potential B2B/SME clients to evaluate needs and promote our products & services
  • Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with clients
  • Proactively engage with prospective customers via a range of channels, including social media, email, telephone, webinars
  • Use the diary system (Calendly) to plan your sales demos and have demos appointed for you from our trusted partners network
  • Foster and promote close and positive working relationship with other departments
  • Maintaining client records on CRM
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements
  • The Telesales Executive should have a proven track record in B2B lead generation. The ideal applicant will have a clear passion for sales, an interest in technology and the desire to succeed.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a telesales / cold calling environment & a great team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work towards target / KPIs (Calls, Inputs & outputs)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both written and verbally
  • Highly proficient in use of social media as a core sales tool
  • You will have exceptional people skills and ability to handle objections where require
