- Working hours: Wednesday - Sunday 9-5:30 (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
Selecto Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting role within an exceptional contact centre team to support in providing the very best service to over a million members in the UK and the US.
Playing a key role, the Operations Admin team is essential to the smooth running of day to day processes as well as to the wider customer support function.
We are looking for an organised problem solver who is enthusiastic and works well in a team. This is an interesting and varied role, you will quite often be the 'go to' person.
What you will do:- As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Refunds - swift return of funds upon request or part of cancellation.
- Reconciliations - ensuring the gohenry customer accounts are in order.
- Investigating and resolving customer transaction disputes through chargebacks and internal/external communications.
- Escalations - Investigating customer queries and responding within set SLA.
- Processes & Procedures - to support new product innovations.
- Administrative tasks such as statement reconciliation
- This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their skillset, while working and supporting some of our Senior Management Teams and service providers.
What we are looking for:- Someone who is organised and able to set priorities and work towards a goal
- Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Able to communicate within a team environment at all levels of the business both internally and externally
- A positive approach to learning
- Starter/Finisher
- A problem solver who can assess situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Used to working in a service level environment that involves multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks
- Ability to be flexible with your hours
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
