Customer Service Executives – Part Time
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per year (pro rata) plus performance rewards
Performance related reward scheme – rewards ranging from £500 to £1,000 based on 3 months consecutive results.
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a hugely successful and growing fintech company with customers in the UK and USA.
Your role will be to provide a consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and over-all efficient customer service experience to our clients that use our credit card facility.
Working hours
There are several shift patterns to choose from – please see below:
Option 1) Sun 8-4 & Mon 9.30-2.30 (12.5hrs)
Option 2) Sun 9-5 & Mon 9.30-2.30 (12.5hrs)
Option 3) Sun 12-8 & Mon 4-8 (11.5hrs)
Option 4) Sun 8-4 & Mon 12-8 (15hrs)
Option 5) Fri 9.30 - 2.30 & Sat 8-4 (12.5hrs)
Option 6) Fri 10-6 & Sat 8-4 (15hrs)
Option 7) Fri 4-8 & Sat 10-6 (11.5hrs)Option 8) Fri 4-8 & Sat 2-10 (15hrs)
Option 9) Sun 2-10 & Mon 4-8 (11.5hrs)All positions come with a starting salary of £22,000, rising to £24,000 (pro-rata) then progression to Supervisor Level.
What you’ll do
- Answer email, phone & Live Chat queries
- Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media
- Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app
- Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
- Providing a friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders
- Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)
- Support Member Services Management
- Customer call backs
- Responding to Social Media contacts in Facebook & Twitter & Instagram
What we’re looking for
As a person, you are a self-starter who is motivated, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks “how can I help” and then “how can we make this better”, shows perseverance on long-term goals, and generally goes above and beyond in their work.
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English (essential)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Happy working in a committed, busy, team environment
- Strong IT and computing skills
- Working knowledge of Excel & Word
