Customer Service Executives– Part Time
Location:    Farnborough
Salary:        £11.73 to £13.07 per hour, plus performance rewards

We are looking for experienced and self-driven Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a hugely successful and growing fintech company with customers in the UK and USA.
Your role will be to provide a consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and over-all efficient customer service experience to customers.
Working hours
There are several shift patterns to choose from – please see below:
Option 1:    Sun 10-6 & Mon 12-8 (15hrs)
Option 2:    Sun 12-8 & Mon 10-6 (15hrs)
Option 3:    Fri & Sat 8-4 (15hrs)
Option 4:    Fri 4-8 & Sat 12-8 (11.5hrs)
Option 5:    Fri 4-8 & Sat 10-6 (11.5hrs)
Option 6:    Sun & Mon 2-10 (15hrs)
 
Please note – these are fixed shift patters, therefore you must be able to commit to at least one of the above options in order to be considered.
All positions come with a starting salary of £22,800, rising to £25,480 (pro-rata) then there are progression opportunities to move to supervisor level.
 
What you’ll do
·         Answer email, phone & live chat queries
·         Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media
·         Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app
·         Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
·         Providing a friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders
·         Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)
·         Support Member Services Management
·         Customer call backs
·         Responding to social media contacts in Facebook & Twitter & Instagram
What we’re looking for
As a person, you are a self-starter who is motivated, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks “how can I help” and then “how can we make this better”, shows perseverance on long-term goals, and generally goes above and beyond in their work.
·         GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English (essential)
·         Strong written and verbal skills
·         Ability to work independently
·         Excellent phone manner
·         Excellent organisational skills
·         Happy working in a committed, busy, team environment
·         Strong IT and computing skills
·         Working knowledge of Excel & Word
