- Customer Service Executives– Full Time
Location: Farnborough
Salary: £11.73 to £13.07 per hour, plus performance rewards
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a hugely successful and growing fintech company with customers in the UK and USA.
Your role will be to provide a consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and over-all efficient customer service experience to customers.
Working hours
There are two set shift patterns to choose from:
Option 1) Sun & Mon 8-4, Tues 10-6, Weds 8-4, Thurs 10-6
Option 2) Mon-Fri 2-10
Please note – these are fixed shift patterns; therefore you must be able to commit to at least one of the above options in order to be considered.
All positions come with a starting salary of £22,800, rising to £25,480, then there are progression opportunities to move to supervisor level.
What you’ll do
· Answer email, phone & live chat queries
· Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media
· Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app
· Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
· Providing a friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders
· Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)
· Support Member Services Management
· Customer call backs
· Responding to social media contacts in Facebook & Twitter & Instagram
What we’re looking for
As a person, you are a self-starter who is motivated, welcomes challenges, seeks feedback from others, asks “how can I help” and then “how can we make this better”, shows perseverance on long-term goals, and generally goes above and beyond in their work.
· GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English (essential)
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent phone manner
· Excellent organisational skills
· Happy working in a committed, busy, team environment
· Strong IT and computing skills
· Working knowledge of Excel & Word
